MJAA亞美玉山要推出新活動囉！
這次特別邀請到【Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling】的作家Jane Hyun來演講，分享她身為亞裔美人的職場經驗，教授大家如何掙脫亞洲人的包袱，在職場中奪穎而出。
MJAA亞美玉山是由美西玉山所成立的組織。美西玉山是由一群在矽谷狠成功的商業人士所組成，成員有許多企業家，VC，及公司高級主管。美西玉山成立MJAA亞美玉山的主要目的，是要栽培在灣區工作的年輕人(2-10年工作經驗)，讓這些年輕上班族們可以認識年紀背景相同的朋友，也可以藉由這個組織獲得專業上的交流，彼此學習，多認識各行各業的人才。同時，因為有美西玉山的傾囊相授，MJAA有狠多資源可以運用。
MJAA是我們來灣區以後參加的第一個組織，結交了許多朋友，那根大木頭也是這屆的會長，所以趁這個機會幫他推廣MJAA的新活動，請大家告訴大家！

=Speaker Biography=
Jane Hyun, President and Founder of Hyun & Associates, is an executive coach and leadership strategist to Fortune 500 companies, universities, and non-profit organizations. Her "Through the Bamboo CeilingR Series" leadership coaching program has garnered praise from global Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries. In addition to coaching professionals to maximize their potential and advance their careers, she advises senior management teams to raise awareness about the critical role that the global talent pipeline plays in today's multicultural workplace.
Previously, she was a Vice President of Human Resources at JP Morgan, and Director of Recruiting at Deloitte & Touche and Resources Connection.
Her work has received international recognition, and she has appeared in a variety of media outlets, including CNN, CNBC, National Public Radio, Time, Fortune, CEO, Working Mother, and Crains. Her groundbreaking book, Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling: The Essential Guide to Getting in, Moving up, and Reaching the Top, was released by HarperCollins in May 2005. Jane lives in New York City with her family.
